Directions

1. Dissolve a teaspoonful of sugar in a quarter-cup of boiling water.
2. Add half a cup of cold water.
3. Add a tablespoon of this yeast.
4. Cover and leave for 10-15 minutes.
5. The yeast mix will go frothy.
6. Stir, then add the mix to your dough.
