Mangoes are naturally high in Vitamin A and C. They have a creamy sweetness mixed with a mild tartness and slightly earthy flavour. This makes them suitable for sweet as well as some savoury dishes.

These pieces can be pre-soaked in cold water if adding to a curry or sweet baking.
