Clearspring Mellow White Miso Soup is a satisfying, rich soup with tofu pieces and spring onions. Just add hot, boiling water to the powder in cup or a bowl and stir. The tofu will absorb the water and become softened after a minute or so. Then it is ready to eat. Try crumbling some chunks of crispbread bread or savoury rice cake on top to make a healthy alternative to croutons.
