Dried Lotus Root Slices
- Mild "rooty" flavoured Japanese vegetable.
- The interesting shape and slightly crunchy texture make a stir-fry more fun.
- Requires soaking before use.
Mitoku Lotus Root Slices are prepared simply by slicing the freshly harvested root and are then left to dry.
To use, soak the lotus root slices in water for up to 2 hours. Drain off the excess water and then they are ready to be added to various dishes.
