This wholegrain semi-flat linguine pasta is made from Peruvian quinoa. This is the ideal pasta for a low-fat and gluten-free diet. The quinoa gives the pasta plenty of bite and flavour. The perfect base for many Italian inspired dishes, vegetarian or fish-based.

Directions
Boil 1 litre of water per 100g of pasta. Add the pasta, half a teaspoon of salt and olive oil to taste. Boil for 6 minutes, then strain and serve.
