Organic Cacao Powder (1kg) - Sussex WholeFoods

2-3 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder

Lucuma Powder 300g (Naturya)

2 tsp of Lucuma Powder

Organic Vanilla Pods, x6 Pods (Sussex Wholefoods)

1 tsp Vanilla Powder

Organic Coconut Sugar (1kg) - Sussex Wholefoods

4 Tbsp of Coconut Sugar

Roasted Hazelnut Butter 180g, Organic (Damiano)

1 Tbsp of Hazelnut Butter (optional)

Lovechock - Raw Dark Chocolate

1 Bar of Lovechock in a flavour of your choice

Method

1. Pour a little of the milk (around 3-4 Tbsp) into a cup to mix the Raw Cacao Powder, Vanilla Powder and Lucuma Powder into a smooth paste. This will prevent lumps in your beverage!
2. Pour the remainder of the milk into a saucepan and slowly heat. Stir in the paste.
3. Break the Lovechock bar into chunks and add these to the saucepan and stir. Next stir in the nut butter (optional) to the saucepan and slowly combine until all the chocolate has dissolved.
4. Do not allow the milk to boil. Remove from the heat and serve immediately. Sprinkle extra Raw Cacao Powder and a sprinkle of Coconut Sugar to garnish on top if you wish!
