Goats milk is a rich tasting alternative to cows milk. This powder can be used in the same way you use normal milk. Simply add water and pour into tea, coffee, pour over cereal or add to baking recipes.
Goats milk is contains calcium, potassium and vitamin A. It has a richer flavour than cows milk and there are some people who find goats milk preferable to cows milk, particularly to prevent digestive or skin allergies that might be caused by cows milk.
Directions
To make 1 pint of goats milk, add a pint of warmed water to 4 tablespoons (2oz) and stir vigorously.
