Get-up-and-Go Smoothie

  • Slow release energy with vegetable protein.
  • Ideal for breakfast or post workout.
  • Vanilla Powder and Banana provide natural sweetness.

Other Ingredients

  • 1 handful of fresh Spinach Leaves
  • 1 medium Banana
  • 1 Apple, cored with skin left on.
  • 200-300ml fresh, cold water.

Method

  1. Chop the peeled banana into a liquidiser.
  2. Add the spinach leaves and push down slightly.
  3. Spoon in the Peanut Butter, Rice Protein Powder and Vanilla Powder.
  4. Add the water. (You can always add more to achieve a thinner consistency.)
  5. Blend for 20-30 seconds, then serve.
