Garlic salt is salt infused with garlic, and is used as a general seasoning when cooking. It works very well in all typical situations, from making spaghetti bolognese to curries.
Directions
Add garlic salt to the frying pan when cooking. Add early on (around the same time that you add the onions, say) to allow the flavours to fully infuse. Use it to season European cuisine, as well as Asian and Oriental dishes.
