Ground coriander is used to flavour curries and thicken them. This coriander powder is a convenient form, as an alternative to using the whole coriander seeds and grinding them yourself.
Directions
Use coriander in all curries.
Use around 1-2 tablespoons (10-20g) of ground coriander powder per person.
Add towards the end of cooking so as to retain as much of the flavour as possible.
