This coconut flour has a lovely golden colour with a light biscuit flavour. Use coconut flour in your cupcakes, biscuits and general gluten-free baking. Due to the fibre of coconut flour it is recommended that you increase the amount of liquid in your recipe.

For best results replace up to 25% of your regular flour with coconut flour.
