This honey contains vitamins and minerals including: Vitamin A, Vitamin B (Thiamine), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin); Vitamin B6, Biotin or Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Potassium, Chlorine, Sulphur, Calcium, Sodium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Iron and Copper. As well as this the honey benefits from active enzymes and organic acids.
Directions
If consuming as an active honey, for maximum results eat naturally 2-3 teaspoons daily, spread on toast and drizzled over porridge or yoghurt.
