Chanterelle Mushrooms

Chanterelle mushrooms are quite a posh, highly-prized mushroom. They tend to grow wild, but can be farmed too. Their flavour is complex, slightly cheese-like with a meaty texture, if that makes any sense! Use in a variety of scenarios including European pasta dishes and Oriental soups and stir-fries.
